CANCELLATIONS

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $300 USD per expected guest. The full balance must be paid 61 days prior to arrival. Once a deposit has been received and a package has been selected, a $150.00 minimum per-booking change fee will apply.  Name-changes will not be accepted.  Customer cancellation at any time will incur the loss of the non-refundable deposit.  Customer cancellation on or after the full payment due date, but more than 10 days prior to departure, will incur a penalty equaling to a minimum of 50% of the total booking cost.  Escape Wonder S. M. Morgan Travel will make no refunds for Customer cancellations made less than 10 days before departure or subsequent to travel commencement. Other cancellation fees or refunds for Customer cancellation are at the discretion of the airlines, hotels, tour operators, rental car agencies and other service providers.  Escape Wonder S. M. Morgan Travel will not take resposibility for any cancellation charges that are incurred by airlines, hotels, tour operators, rental car agencies and other service providers.  The Customer has full responsibility for paying any cancellation charges that are incurred by airlines, hotels, tour operators, rental car agencies and other service providers.
